Job Description:
Care Plus Medical Services is a premier medical transportation company based out of Hackensack, New Jersey. We are currently seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team of caring and courteous healthcare providers. This position is available for immediate hire. Full time, part time, and per diem shifts are available. For the right candidate, there is ample opportunity for growth.
Applicant Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid NJ or NY EMT or NREMT Certification
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing
- Valid CPR certification
- CEVO or equivalent emergency driving class (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and finger print screening
- Remain up to date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses and all certifications, licenses, and registrations
- Ability to work effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and hospital/nursing staff
- Prior EMS experience is a plus, but not required
