Overview: Intakes customer RFQ’s, analyses material and labor costs to create price breakdowns and proposals for build-to-print and SCD parts.
Responsibilities: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Serves as a first point of customer contact.
2. Analyses incoming RFQ’s for applicability and risk
3. Compiles itemized materials and price lists from blueprints and specifications.
4. Itemizes tooling to be produced and/or purchased from outside sources.
5. Reviews historical cost and contractual price trends
6. Computes cost estimates of raw material.
7. Computes percentage of profits and adds to cost estimates to calculate bid prices.
8. Consults with engineering, procurement, and management on proposal development
9. Supplies completed quote/proposal in Hi-Temp or customer formats as required
10. Additional responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
11. Must follow all company policies, procedures and safety rules.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university. Finance or Business degree.
· Computer literate in MS Office
· Must be willing to submit to 3rd party verifications required to gain entry to customer portals and utilize personal phone for authentication purposes
· Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
· Must be able manage and organize requests coming from multiple data sources
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to interface with all levels of management and have exceptional customer service skills
· Strong math and computing skills
· Mapics knowledge a plus.

Pay: $38.63 - $52.15 per hour
