Nursing Home is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.
Sub Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation experience required.
Requirements:
- NYS Licensed RN, must be an organized and dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Solid computer skills required, must have working knowledge of Sigmacare
- Must have working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work hours scheduled based on requirements of the position assignments.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
