About the Position
An upscale, growing medical spa in Woodinville is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Esthetician to join its team.
This is a hybrid position that includes performing aesthetic treatments, supporting front-desk operations, assisting with client communication and retention, and participating in social media and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Master Esthetician license
- Minimum two years of hands-on aesthetic laser experience
- Experience performing laser hair removal
- Experience performing laser treatments for pigmentation and skin rejuvenation
- Experience performing customized facials
- Experience performing HydraFacial treatments
- Experience performing microneedling
- Knowledge of Fitzpatrick skin types, treatment contraindications, laser safety, and post-treatment care
- Experience conducting client consultations and recommending treatment plans
- Comfortable answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Comfortable scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and processing payments
- Comfortable contacting leads and existing clients by phone, text, and email
- Comfortable recommending treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Comfortable appearing in and helping create social media content
- Able to assist with marketing activities, promotions, and events
- Able to maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Able to maintain clean and organized treatment rooms and common areas
- Available to work selected evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Woodinville
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of medical-aesthetics experience
- College degree or completed college coursework
- Experience treating vascular concerns and redness
- Experience with fractional resurfacing or advanced skin-rejuvenation treatments
- Experience using HydraFacial Syndeo
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or client-management software
- Experience with client retention, rebooking, service sales, or retail sales
- Experience creating social media content for a business
- Experience supporting front-desk operations in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic-surgery office, or similar environment
- Existing local clientele
Responsibilities
- Perform approved laser and aesthetic treatments
- Conduct consultations and develop treatment plans
- Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment education
- Complete treatment documentation
- Answer incoming calls and client messages
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Check clients in and out
- Process payments
- Confirm appointments
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Support rebooking and client-retention efforts
- Recommend appropriate services, treatment packages, memberships, and products
- Participate in social media content
- Assist with promotions, events, and marketing activities
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Monitor inventory and supplies
- Assist with general daily operations
Compensation
- $25+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Service commission on eligible treatments performed
