You’ll collaborate with dedicated teams across two school sites, serving an engaging caseload of approximately 40 students. Your expertise will help empower students to reach their highest potential in both academic and everyday life.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered & Licensed) credentials
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Experience working with K-12 populations, including diverse needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to travel between two local school sites as needed
- Flexibility, reliability, and a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and determine needs for OT intervention
- Develop, implement, and update IEP goals and intervention plans
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based OT services to individuals and small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
