Qualifications
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who meets the following:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care with integrity and compassion
What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You’ll evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans to achieve functional, goal-based outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on physician referrals and clinical assessments
- Provide therapy treatments that align with individual goals and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of patient progress and services provided
- Supervise therapy assistants and students in direct patient care
- Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and home programs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect in all patient interactions
