NOW HIRING: PART-TIME DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Opportunity: Potential to transition into full-time employment
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls through our customer support line
- Access Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to obtain information for billing claims
- Enter prescriptions into company software, including analyzing insurance documentation, accurately entering medical records and data, processingrebursement claims, releasing accurate insurance claims, reviewing all data prior to order entry, retrieving and processing data as requested by management, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, meeting productivity and accuracy standards, and performing additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and clerical skills with the ability to evaluate medical records and chart notes and update account information within CureTech's proprietary HIPAA-compliant platform. Strong communication skills and an understanding of medical insurance processes are essential.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
