Candidate would travel between Rockford and Grand Rapids office (two days per week in each location.)

What You’ll Do:

Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient appointments.

Prepare patients for treatment and provide excellent clinical support.

Take impressions, photos, and digital scans.

Educate patients and parents on treatment and oral hygiene.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

Help create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every patient.
What We’re Looking For:

Prior orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Passion for patient care and creating beautiful smiles.
