The Yard at Saltbreaker is hiring dependable Line Cooks to join our stationary food truck team. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay: $28 to $30 per hour ($18 hourly rate + tips)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of line cook experience (fryer, flat top, grill, cold station)
- Comfortable working with others in a small kitchen environment
- Strong sense of urgency and able to perform under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and respectful
- Able to communicate with the kitchen team (english or kitchen-english)
- Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand and walk for long periods; make repetitive motions for extended periods of time
Duties:
- Prep and cook menu items to order with consistency, accuracy, and speed
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Communicate well with other kitchen staff and front of house to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders
- Keep prep areas stocked, clean, and organized
- Support the team with prep, restocking, cleaning, and other tasks
- Food Handler's certificate
