Source Termite Solutions is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives in the Raleigh/Garner area.

In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to introduce our free termite inspection program and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. As you gain experience and demonstrate success, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a closing role and leadership positions.
No pest control or sales experience is required. We've found that individuals from retail, restaurants, hospitality, fitness, customer service, and other people-focused industries often excel because they enjoy connecting with others and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in local residential neighborhoods
- Educate customers about our complimentary termite inspection program
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants
- Build valuable communication and relationship-building skills
- Represent Source Termite Solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm
