Join Our Growing Team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator!
We are seeking an experienced, fast-learning Dental Treatment Coordinator who can confidently discuss treatment plans, understand dental insurance, build trust with patients, and present costs in a clear, professional manner. This person should be able to jump in quickly, understand workflows, and support our two-doctor general dental practice with strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
You’re a strong fit for an interview if you have:
✔ Strong Dental Insurance Knowledge
- Can verify benefits, understand breakdowns, and explain coverages clearly
- Able to calculate accurate patient portions
- Comfortable discussing fees, financing, and treatment costs
✔ Treatment Planning Experience
- Confident presenting dental treatment (crowns, fillings, root canals, implants, ortho, etc.)
- Able to answer patient questions and overcome objections
- Knows how to support case acceptance
✔ Solid Dental Office Background
- 2–3+ years experience in a dental office
- Previous experience as a treatment coordinator or front desk
- Familiar with dental terminology
- Experienced with practice management software (Curve, Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.)
✔ Strong Communication & Customer Service
- Professional, warm, and able to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable on the phone and in person
- Patient-centered with a positive attitude
✔ Organization & Scheduling Skills
- Can manage multiple schedules
- Works well in a fast-paced office
- Handles interruptions smoothly

- Monday: 7:15 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 7:30 PM
- Friday: 1:15 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:15 AM – 1:30 PM
