Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a Registered, Licensed Dietitian to work with our Athens County team.
Registered dietitians are experts in food and nutrition. As a Registered, Licensed Dietitian you will provide assessment and counseling patients and clients in the areas of nutrition and diet. The registered dietitian would also serve as a member of the client’s interdisciplinary care team to assist in meeting health goals and needs. Finally, this position would be responsible for working with the Director of Nutrition Services to develop a cohesive, integrated nutrition program for the agency.

What do we require from our Registered Dietitian, Certifying Health Professional?
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Registered, Licensed Dietitian; Registered Nurse (RN), Dietetic Technician, Dietetic Technician Registered in the State of Ohio or four year nutrition/dietetics graduation (Nutrition Associate).
- Ability to work independently and align work with team & relate to variety of professionals, parents and/or young children
- Awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural diversity of the population served, implicit bias, and its impact on care
- Commitment to the promotion of social justice and ability to promote diversity equity and inclusion within programs
