Maintenance Technician
To maintain the Club’s facilities, equipment, and grounds in safe, clean, and fully operational condition so that members and guests consistently experience a high-quality, functioning private club environment. This includes proactive property inspections, timely repairs, organization of maintenance areas, and collaboration with management on larger needs.

Maintains all maintenance rooms, workshops, storage areas, and tool rooms in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.

Conducts regular (daily/ongoing) walkthroughs of the entire Club property (interior and exterior) to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, mechanical problems, or items needing repair or replacement.

Performs routine and emergency repairs on Club facilities, equipment, and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, locks, furniture, fixtures, appliances, lighting, etc.).

Develops repair plans for more complex issues, obtains necessary parts or materials, and provides clear updates and cost estimates to management.

Creates and maintains a prioritized list of items needing replacement, capital repairs, or preventive maintenance

Assists with janitorial and housekeeping duties as needed, including spill cleanup, trash removal, floor care, and deep cleaning to support overall facility appearance and sanitation.

Ensures all Club areas (pool, dining spaces, restrooms, event areas, grounds, etc.) remain fully functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for members and guests.

Performs preventive maintenance on key systems (HVAC filters, gutters, awnings, pool equipment, pumps, etc.) according to schedules.

Responds promptly to member/guest and staff maintenance requests and emergencies.

Maintains accurate records of repairs, inspections, work orders, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

Assists with setup and breakdown for Club events, holidays, and special functions as directed.

Monitors and reports on the condition of Club equipment

Complies with all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and Club policies; uses proper PPE and maintains a safe work environment.

Supervises or coordinates any outsourced maintenance contractors/vendors as directed by management.

Participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation if assigned.

Attends department head and staff meetings as required.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or General Manager.
