Candidate must:
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate
- Strong communication skills in English
- Be willing to work overtime as needed
- Have a strong desire to succeed
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems
- Proper use of hand tools/power tools needed to complete various Maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge in the use of electrical testing equipment
- Ability to understand and follow all Safety procedures
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all daily janitorial duties
- Assist with all Preventative Maintenance duties and documentation
- Assist other Technicians whenever needed
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
