About Carolina Collective Dance
At Carolina Collective Dance, our instructors bring a rich and diverse range of training and professional experience to the studio. Our facility includes artists with MFAS and Bachelor's Degrees in Dance, Extensive Classical Ballet Training, Professional Broadway and Touring Experience, and backgrounds in Professional Team Dance. This depth of education and performance experience allows us to provide exceptional, well-rounded instruction across all levels and styles.
What truly sets our instructors apart is their passion for working with your dancer. We are deeply invested in each student's growth and success, pouring our hearts into this program because we believe in their hard work, dedication, and potential.
We are looking for instructors with experience in Ballet, Jazz Technique, Acro, and More!
Responsibilities
- Create lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Lead classes that keep dancers engaged and eager to improve.
- Maintain a respectful, nurturing, and uplifting environment.
- Provide feedback to students and parents.
- Provide coverage for instructors as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous dance experience in Ballet, Jazz Technique, Acro, and More
- Curriculum Development
- Experience working with children from 18 months to 18 years
