The ShippingReceiving Team Member I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Maintain an organized warehouse environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.

Receive, stock, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure shipment accuracy.

Pick and pull orders by identifying both numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.

Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.

Remove trash daily and transport it to the on-site dumpster.

Follow instructions and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.

Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Work independently with minimal supervision when required.

Contribute positively to a team-focused environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
No prior warehouse experience is required.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
