Position: Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal
The Schriever Law Firm, with offices in Spanish Fork and Lehi, Utah, is excited to announce an opening for an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who shares our passion for delivering high-quality legal services and advocating for individuals who have been unjustly injured.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conducting legal research and investigating case facts.
- Liaising with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and court officials.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal in the field of personal injury law.
- Will consider an applicant with a paralegal certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Paralegal Growth Framework:
PI Paralegal I — $43,000–$54,000
Starting range for paralegals building toward full PI case ownership. High end reserved for Filevine proficiency and direct plaintiff-side PI exposure. Progression to higher bands is earned through our certification tiers, not negotiated at offer.
PI Paralegal II — $54,000–$70,000
For paralegals managing PI cases with limited supervision. High end reserved for independent case management, medical records and lien handling, and demand drafting.
PI Paralegal III — $71,000–$80,000
For experienced paralegals ready to own cases on day one. High end reserved for demonstrated demand writing, carrier negotiations, and litigation support at volume.
