Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations
- Ensure all work meets our strict quality and detail standards
- Train, guide, and oversee crew members to maintain efficiency and professionalism
- Perform and supervise mowing, edging, trimming, and detailed property care
- Ensure proper mowing heights and best plant care practices
- Identify plant health issues and communicate solutions
- Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Uphold company standards for reliability, appearance, and conduct
Experience
- Strong knowledge of plants and grass, including proper mowing heights and care practices
- Previous experience in a foreman or crew‑lead role preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- High attention to detail — quality is our standard
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliability, professionalism, and pride in workmanship

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
