About the Role
As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure operational excellence by maintaining complex industrial machinery and electrical systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance will directly impact production uptime and facility efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute repairs and installations for mechanical power transmission systems, including drive shafts, bearings, and gear assemblies to optimize machine performance.

Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic infrastructure, ensuring consistent pressure and fluid control through the repair of valves, cylinders, and pumps.

Diagnose and resolve issues within single and three-phase electrical systems, including motor starters, circuit breakers, and complex wiring.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools like multi-meters to interpret electrical schematics and resolve faults in automation equipment.

Improve equipment reliability by performing proactive maintenance and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Operate specialized maintenance tools and heavy equipment, including forklifts, with a focus on workplace safety standards.

Proven experience in an industrial maintenance or technical repair role.

Strong proficiency in 480V 3-phase electrical systems and machine controls.

Demonstrated ability to read and troubleshoot complex electrical schematics.

Capability to multitask effectively within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with VFD drives and PLC programming or troubleshooting.
