Local public accounting firm is currently seeking a full-time certified public accountant in our North Myrtle Beach office. A valid South Carolina CPA license is required. We will consider CPA candidates when experience exceeds 5 years.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and performing audits, reviews, compilations in addition to other related client needs
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of Federal and various state income tax returns for various entity types including, but not limited to individuals, partnerships and S corporations

The successful candidate will have/be:
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Experience in a public accounting environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
