Our Candy Crew Member supports our confectionery teams primarily through back-of-house food production, while occasionally interfacing directly with guests in our Sanford store.
The majority of your time will be spent working directly with our hand-crafted marshmallows—cutting, rolling, portioning, and packaging them to perfection.

Primary Responsibilities
- Marshmallow Production: Cut, roll, and portion cooked marshmallows into final packaging.
- Food Prep: Perform non-cooking food preparation and staging.
- Efficiency: Work independently and in groups to hit time-driven production and packaging goals.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, healthy, and food-safe environment; prepare the production space for the next shift.
- Communication: Maintain strong, positive communication with teammates and supervisors.
