As a Transportation Driver at Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation (formally known as Platinum Ridge), you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents to and from various destinations. About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and other off-site destinations
- Maintain accurate records of transportation services, including mileage and patient information
- Collaborate with caregivers and medical professionals to ensure the needs of our residents are met
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and community partners
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the well-being of our residents and staff
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the healthcare industry or transportation services preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
