Capital Air Express is hiring a Charter Sales Representative to manage inbound private aviation leads and convert them into booked flights.
This role is focused on direct-to-customer sales—responding to website inquiries, phone calls, and email requests, building quotes, and closing business.
If you’re fast, polished, and good at closing, this is a high-income opportunity with strong lead flow.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound charter requests (web, phone, email)
- Gather trip details (passengers, routing, schedule, preferences)
- Create and send accurate charter quotes quickly
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Schedule confirmed flights with internal operations team
- Communicate professionally with high-end clientele
- Manage multiple active leads at once
- Track quotes, bookings, and client interactions
Requirements:
- Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly and stay organized
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth clients
Preferred:
- Private aviation or charter experience
- Experience quoting or selling travel services
- CRM or lead tracking experience
Compensation
- Base salary of $50,000 + 3% weekly commission payouts.
