We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator / Apparel Decorator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating embroidery equipment, preparing garments, and helping produce high-quality decorated apparel for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple industrial Tajima embroidery machines.
- Hoop garments and prepare orders for production.
- Read and follow work orders accurately.
- Perform quality checks on finished apparel.
- Assist with other apparel decoration processes as needed (heat press, DTF, screen printing, etc.).
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Embroidery or apparel decorating experience required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/apparel when needed.
