Busy Law Firm seeking a litigation paralegal. Applicant must be team player, technologically proficient and past experience with case management software is a plus. Must have prior legal experience. Prior legal experience with a law firm specializing in no-fault/auto negligence litigation is preferred.
The law firm primarily specializes in no-fault and auto negligence litigation.
Candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients with cases that are in litigation, communicating with insurance paralegals and attorneys, drafting complaints, drafting discovery responses, drafting witness and exhibit lists, drafting motions, drafting summaries, etc.
