Floortek Concrete Coatings is looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver dynamic in-home presentations, and close high-ticket deals on the spot.

We provide the leads – you close the deals. No cold calling. No door-knocking.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-set appointments daily (leads provided by Floortek)
- Conduct professional in-home presentations (approx. 45 minutes)
- Educate homeowners about our premium floor coating systems
- One-call close: secure the sale the same day
- Update CRM notes and manage pipeline efficiently
- Hit or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven success in outside/in-home sales (Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Solar, Flooring, etc.)
- Strong closer with a One-Call Close mentality
- High energy, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills
- Self-driven and highly competitive — you love to win
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using iPads, CRMs, and email

Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based Structure
- Realistic Earnings: $115,000–$185,000+ annually
- Uncapped Commission
- Optional Base + Commission available for the first 90 days
- Training Pay Provided during onboarding
