We are looking for a Supervisor or Pusher to monitor and oversee a workover rig. You will be responsible for checking equipment and tools, monitoring quality standards and troubleshooting challenges. As a supervisor, you must be thorough and methodical, as well as have the ability to work around moving parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in the oilfield and have workover rig experience such as operator or previous pushing experience. The Pusher plays an integral part in our company’s success on projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth operation of the rig on a 24-hour basis. The Supervisor's duties will include operating machinery, ordering materials, monitoring quality control standards, conducting maintenance on equipment, oversight on safety, and troubleshooting challenges.
