The primary responsibility of this position is to design and develop electronic Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) for an innovative, high-technology engineering firm. The work involves generating design files and documents using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools for schematic, assembly, and fabrication drawings. PCB layouts are created for standard and dense, high-speed, multi-layer, analog and power electronics boards and assistance is provided to electrical and mechanical engineers to identify and resolve design and packaging issues. The successful candidate will contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project, and the work is generally both independent and collaborative in nature.
Very good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and fast learning are a must to successfully complete projects that each offer unique challenges.
