In this role, you will represent client brands in face-to-face interactions, engage with customers, and support the execution of marketing campaigns. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity designed to help you develop valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, and sales strategy within a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers directly, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about products or services
- Communicate clearly with diverse audiences using strong verbal skills; utilize public speaking techniques when presenting products or ideas
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support more effective marketing strategies.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach while meeting performance expectations.
- Contribute to lead generation by identifying and engaging prospective customers in-person customer engagement and outreach.
Compensation & Growth:
- Weekly pay $950-$1,100 + performance-based incentives

Requirements
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences
- Previous experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to learning and growth
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to team success
