Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Express Maintenance Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring efficient communication, accurate service writing, and a seamless maintenance experience. Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle maintenance needs with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Write detailed service orders, accurately documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues using auto estimating and service writing skills.
- Communicate clearly with technicians about required repairs.
- Upsell additional services by explaining benefits and options to customers in a friendly, transparent manner.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of service maintenance.
- Maintain organized records of all service activities and customer interactions for quality assurance
- Promote automotive service sales by leveraging automotive repair knowledge and customer service expertise to enhance the overall experience
Experience
- Previous dealership experience preffered.
- Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics essential for understanding technical issues.
- Proven success in upselling services and auto estimating within a dealership or repair shop environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex repairs clearly and confidently.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must be bilingual.
