The California Conservation Corps' Monterey Bay Center, located in Watsonville, has openings for Corpsmembers to work and train on natural resource projects. Projects include working in local and state parks, as well building and maintaining trails, fuel reduction, wetlands restoration, and more!
No prior experience necessary!
You must be 18-25 years old or military veteran 29 or younger. Benefits of enrolling in the CCC include:

Work with U.S. Forest Service, State Parks, Caltrans, Dept. of Water Resources, Watsonville Wetlands Watch, and other local government agencies and non-profits on a variety of natural resource projects. Corpsmembers regularly go on to careers with State Parks, Caltrans, and other local community, state, and federal agencies.
Shift times and length may vary by assignment, but the program is a 40-hour per week commitment.
