The Role
Do you enjoy designing custom spaces, collaborating to solve problems, and seeing your ideas turn into something real? Are you energized by problem-solving, creativity, and ownership—not rigid structure or cookie-cutter solutions?
DeVries Design and Landscape is hiring an Outdoor Living Designer to take ideas and turn them into buildable, detailed plans for our team to actually create. This role owns the backbone of the process: creativity, detailed planning, and practical construction documents. You are the bridge between sales and production, the creative, but detailed realist who turns dreams into possibilities.

As we grow, we’re looking for people who want to grow with us—personally and professionally—in a positive, driven, and challenging environment.
