About Us
Full Circle Psychiatry and Mental Health LLP is a growing private practice in Southern Utah. Our practice was built by experienced local mental health providers who have been caring for patients in this community for years. We offer comprehensive psychiatric and therapy services provided by licensed professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Conduct initial diagnostic assessments, evaluations, and clinical intakes.
- Therapy Delivery: Provide high-quality individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and update personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain confidential, timely electronic health records (EHR) compliant with HIPAA standards.
- Crisis Support: Perform crisis intervention and risk safety assessments when clinically necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted state license to practice independently (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
- Modality Mastery: Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed care).
- Tech Literacy: Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and video telehealth platforms.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a mandatory state background screening.
Compensation
Compensation is based on a 60/40 revenue split. Providers are engaged as independent 1099 contractors, with the provider receiving 60% of collected revenue and the practice receiving 40%.
Providers enjoy a flexible schedule within the clinic's operating hours. A full-time schedule consists of 32 patient-facing hours per week. Time off is flexible.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
