In this key customer service and operational position, you'll support our customer service team while serving as a vital point of contact for clients, designers, and vendors. Each day will present new challenges, from coordinating logistics to handling issues with tact and understanding. Your role will ensure that orders are placed, anticipate needs, and provide unwavering support to both our team and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with placing orders or follow up questions
- Place orders and follow with vendors
- Place and track orders with manufacturers.
- Monitor shipping dates and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and vendors to guarantee seamless execution.
- Address customer service issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Follow up with Vendors and Customers

Pay: $24.00 - $28.90 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
