Operations & Scheduling Coordinator – Night Shift
Full-Time
$20–22 per hour DoE
We are a 24/7 operations office supporting field teams. This is not a traditional dispatcher role. This position focuses on planning, accuracy, and maintaining smooth operations throughout your shift.
We are looking for someone who values consistency, takes ownership of their work, and pays attention to details others often miss.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage operational tickets accurately
- Review schedules and help balance workload
- Monitor ongoing operations and identify issues early
- Escalate time-sensitive concerns when needed
- Review tickets for accuracy before submission
- Generate and submit required reports
- Communicate clearly with drivers, team members, and management

Position Details
- Night shift role
- Starting pay: $20–22 per hour with increases based on performance and reliability
- This role is focused on consistency and performance; there is no defined upward mobility at this time
- All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen
