Overall Responsibilities
- Manage and reply to all client inquiries within 2 hours
- Enter sales orders and follow through logistics processes
- Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans as required
- Prepare project reports for management, clients, or internal teams
- Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems
- Correspond with customers to ensure requirements are met
- Create and maintain reports as required by customers
- Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews as needed
- Monitor processes related to customer-specific requirements
- Follow up to ensure all project SLAs are met
- Provide customer support and maintain client confidentiality
- Provide backup support for Account Manager and other team members as needed
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Supply chain experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
- Ability to work overtime as required

- Computer literacy required
- High School Diploma required
- Experience working with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Requires hand-eye coordination
- Regularly sits for extended periods of time
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Regular use of office equipment including telephone, copier, calculator, and computer

- Work performed in a professional office environment with constant interaction with staff and customers
