We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our property management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who enjoys leasing, sales, and resident relations. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, assisting with the application and leasing process, and helping create a positive experience for both prospects and current residents.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and by email
- Conduct community and apartment tours
- Explain property features, pricing, and availability
- Guide prospects through the application and leasing process
- Follow up with leads and help convert prospects into signed leases
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Assist with resident questions, concerns, and service follow-up
- Support the Property Manager with daily property operations
- Perform regular property inspections to help maintain community appearance
- Help maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and energetic attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform entry to intermediate mathematic functions
- Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Appfolio Property Management Software experience is a plus
- Must be dependable, organized, and service-oriented
