Part Time Nurse – LPN or RN | AM Shift

As a nurse at Augusta Health & Rehabilitation, you will play an important role in providing quality care, supporting our residents’ health and well-being, and collaborating with a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
Position Details:
- Part Time AM Shift
- LPN Pay: $25.00/hour
- RN Pay: $34.00/hour
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while making a difference every day
Nurse Responsibilities Include:
- Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents’ conditions
- Communicate resident needs and changes with physicians, families, and the healthcare team
- Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other team members
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Compassionate approach when caring for others
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
