At Fair Hills Resort, music and entertainment have long been part of the magic that brings families together. For over 100 years, evenings at the resort have been filled with sing-alongs, talent shows, and spontaneous performances that create unforgettable memories. Our Performer Staff continue that tradition, sharing their talents while also being an essential part of the resort team.
Performer Staff members hold a full-time position in one of our resort departments while also participating in the musical and entertainment traditions that make Fair Hills unique. Whether leading a sing-along, performing during a cocktail hour, or joining the weekly hootenanny, performers help create the lively, welcoming atmosphere our guests return for year after year.
Performers are encouraged to share their musical abilities; singing, playing instruments, leading group songs, or collaborating with fellow staff members.
- Tuesday Night Hootenanny – our famous show, running for 60+ years
- Thursday Night Talent Show – helping host and perform alongside guests
- Monday Night Open Mic Night – encouraging guest participation and sharing your own music
- Monday Night Campfire Program – leading guests in classic campfire songs and creating a fun, welcoming sing-along environment that encourages families to gather and participate
- Wednesday Cocktail Hour Sing-Along – during our adult cocktail hour on the deck, lead guests in fun piano sing-along tunes
- Monday Marching Band – a fun resort tradition that energizes the week
- Friday Dining Room Songs – performing during dinner service
Depending on the season, guest participation, and performer talents, there may be additional opportunities throughout the week to share music and entertainment.
Collaboration between performers is highly encouraged, and many of our most memorable moments come from staff members creating music together.
