Location:
Remote within the California Bay Area. Enjoy the flexibility to work from home while remaining available to attend court appearances and in-person proceedings throughout the Bay Area as needed.

Job Description
- Manage a litigation caseload with increasing independence.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
- Communicate with clients regarding litigation strategy, case developments, and recommendations.
- Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Active California Bar license required.
- 1+ year of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Must reside in or relocate to the California Bay Area.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
