Now Hiring: Hair Stylist — Brush Blow & Go
We're looking for a stylist to join our chair here at Brush Blow & Go, a Tampa styling salon built on blowouts, braids, updos, and half up/half down looks — no cuts, no color, just the artistry of a really good style day.
This isn't just a job posting to us. This salon has always been about the relationships built in this chair — first dates, job interviews, birthdays, weddings, and everything in between. We're looking for someone who gets that too: someone who takes pride in the work, genuinely enjoys the people sitting in front of them, and wants to be part of a team that feels more like family than coworkers.
What you'll be doing:
- Performing blowouts, braids, updos, half up/half down, and curls/waves tailored to each client
- Keeping your station and tools clean and up to health/sanitation standards
- Using Vagaro to manage your schedule, client notes, and checkout
- Talking with clients about what they want and helping guide them to the right style
- Staying current on styling trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team
What we're looking for:
- Solid styling experience — you don't need to be a veteran, but you should be comfortable and confident behind the chair
- A genuine love for client care, not just technical skill
- Someone who wants to grow with a small, supportive team, not get lost in a big one
- Familiarity with booking software is a plus, but we'll get you comfortable with Vagaro either way
