Quik Delivery is looking for enthusiastic, team players to serve as dispatchers for the delivery of Amazon packages. The dispatcher plays an essential role in acting as the liaison between OTG and station management. Dispatch starts at 09:00 AM (8-10 Hour Shift). 5 days a week. We pay biweekly!! Starting pay is $22.25 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing potential driver candidates and onboard them.
- Monitor driver performance through various metrics such as on-time deliveries, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary to improve performance.
- Act as a liaison between drivers, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Command the daily load-out process.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, recall/repair scheduling, accident intake, inspections, cleanliness, and vehicle procurement.
- Perform all duties of a delivery associate in emergency situations, including route "rescues" and filling in on routes in case of callouts or driver no-shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
