Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Painters to join our growing team. This is a full-time W2 position focused primarily on residential painting, with some commercial repaint projects.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation (sanding, patching, caulking, masking)
- Use of brushes, rollers, and standard painting equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with Crew Leads and Project Managers
- Represent 605 Painting professionally at customer job sites
Qualifications
- 2+ years of painting experience preferred
- Residential painting experience required
- Commercial painting experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working with homeowners and customers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$25/hour based on experience
- Weekly pay
