We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with staff to ensure efficient use of time.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collect copays and account balances.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in a medical office is preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking.
