The District Manager is expected to conduct at least one in-person visit at one of each assigned location per week.

The Aroma Labs is growing, and we’re looking for a District Manager who loves people, knows how to lead, and is excited to help a growing brand thrive across multiple locations.
This isn’t your typical retail management job.
As our District Manager, you’ll be responsible for the health, performance, and culture of multiple Aroma Labs locations. You’ll coach Store Leads, support and develop their teams, protect our guest experience, and make sure the standards that make The Aroma Labs special are consistently delivered across every store.
This is a people + performance role. We’re looking for someone who can lead with care and humanity while also bringing structure, accountability, and follow-through.

What You’ll DoLead & Develop People
- Coach, support, and develop Store Leads across multiple locations
- Hold regular 1:1s and help Store Leads become confident, capable leaders
- Regularly review overall store performance KPIs with Store leads
- Coach Aroma Tenders on hospitality, energy, professionalism, and guest connection
- Address attendance, performance, and team concerns early and thoughtfully
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing employee development
- Recognize great work and help create a positive, healthy team culture
Protect the Guest Experience
- Ensure every location feels welcoming, clean, organized, and on-brand
- Coach teams on creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure guests receive a consistent and elevated scent-making experience
- Support resolution of guest concerns and help turn feedback into improvement
- Monitor Google reviews and help teams consistently deliver experiences guests want to share
Own Multi-Location Operations
- Conduct regular in-person visits at assigned locations
- Monitor store cleanliness, presentation, staffing, and operational readiness
- Ensure opening, closing, safety, reconciliation, and other SOPs are followed
- Monitor schedules, coverage, and labor efficiency
- Oversee inventory processes, cycle counts, supplies, and product presentation
- Identify operational issues and patterns across locations and act before small problems become big ones
- Help ensure training and operational resources stay current and accessible
Drive Sales & Performance
- Review sales and performance across assigned locations
- Coach Store Leads and teams on conversion, average ticket, add-ons, upgrades, and appointment/walk-in flow
- Help stores achieve sales goals through strong leadership and coaching—not pressure
- Identify opportunities for improvement and create thoughtful action plans
- Celebrate wins and recognize high-performing people and locations
Communicate & Follow Through
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales, staffing, culture, risks, wins, and store needs
- Keep leadership informed about issues that require attention
- Follow through on commitments to Store Leads and company leadership
- Lead with solutions, not excuses
- Communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively
Who You Are
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, customer experience, or a similar environment
- Have experience leading people across multiple locations or teams
- Are confident coaching others and comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary
- Know how to balance kindness with clarity and accountability
- Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool
- Have a proven track record of meeting sales goals, performance metrics, and operational standards
- Notice the details—but can also see the bigger picture
- Take ownership and follow through
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling between assigned locations
- Are willing to work weekends or peak times when needed
- Bring positive energy and genuinely enjoy working with people
