Job Opportunity
We're seeking 4 experienced, dependable, and proactive Guest Experience Hosts to join our team for a luxury two-day networking and gala experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who have previously worked weddings, galas, conferences, banquets, hospitality, or special events and understand the importance of professionalism, organization, and exceptional guest service.
As part of our Guest Experience Team, you'll help create a seamless and memorable experience from setup through guest arrival.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Set up décor, centerpieces, floral arrangements, signage, and guest tables
- Set up and break down retractable banners, backdrops, and display pieces
- Assist with light event staging and installation
- Welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Assist with guest registration and check-in
- Escort guests and VIP attendees to their assigned tables
- Provide directions and assist guests throughout the venue
- Support the Event Curator and leadership team with event-day operations
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the event space
- Pack décor, signage, and event materials following each event
Qualifications
Previous event experience is required.
Ideal candidates have experience working:

Applicants should:
- Be proactive and take initiative.
- Confidently complete event setup tasks with minimal supervision.
- Have experience setting up décor, backdrops, retractable banners, signage, and event displays.
- Be comfortable lifting and moving light-to-moderate event equipment.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance while interacting with guests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Dress Code
Professional all-black attire is required.
An official Guest Experience Team shirt will be provided and must be worn during the event.
Interview Process
Qualified applicants will be invited to a 10–15 minute Zoom interview.
Interviews are conducted on Wednesdays by appointment only.
