We are looking for strong, passionate individuals to lead and help grow our team! Must have a passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence and understand the importance of teamwork.
In this role you’ll be:
- Overseeing full BOH operations
- Hiring, coaching, training, and developing a strong BOH team
- Effectively managing, delegating and communicating to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently
- Working collaboratively with the corporate operations team on recipe development, implementation and execution
- Overseeing all cost controls related to food and labor within the BOH
- Ensuring that the kitchen upholds the highest-level of standards in regard to health, safety and sanitation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Similar experience in an upscale restaurant's Executive Chef role
- Formal culinary degree, or professional experience with vegan cuisine a plus
- Dept of Philadelphia Food Handler Certification
- Full-time open availability, regularly working nights/weekends/holidays
- A positive, lead by example nature
