Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to fashion
- Provide advice on styling and building outfits
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to enhance store presentation and accessibility.
- Manage inventory levels through stocking and merchandising to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of fashion and trends preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to connect confidently with customers and team members.
