Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to support proper care and landscape design
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow safety procedures consistently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Support general groundskeeping duties such as debris removal, ground leveling, and soil preparation for planting projects
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment effectively
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree trimming, and lawn care techniques
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest control managment is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
- Experience operating power tools and groundskeeping equipment safely is highly desirable
- Strong adherence to safety protocols combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment
- Cannot smoke, drink, vape, or smoke marijuana while working with us
- Require a Class E License
