The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years prior facility maintenance experience and a passion for detail. The Maintenance Manager will focus on quality and systems maintenance including physical building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment to ensure performance.
Duties include:
Managing the engineering/maintenance operations.
Ensuring compliance with all brand, federal, state, and local regulatory and inspection requirements.
Maintaining and repairing the interior and exterior of building, office/rooms and contents, laundry equipment, kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilations, and water systems.
Working closely with contractors on repairs and capital projects.
Making cost evaluations on in-house repairs versus contractors.
Must have:
Excellent management and organizational skills. Minimum 8 years management experience.
Ability to manage, train, and motivate to create a team environment.
Excellent problem solving skills.
This job requires on-call availability for emergencies and will occasionally work weekends as needed.
